Tim is the host of The Weekend Collective on Newstalk ZB, one of New Zealand’s most-listened-to talk radio programmes. Broadcasting live each weekend, he leads in-depth discussions across current affairs, health, finance, property, parenting, and culture.

His broadcasting experience has honed skills essential to live events: managing timing with precision, maintaining energy, navigating unexpected moments, and engaging speakers and audiences with balance and ease.

Tim works as a conference MC, moderator, and host across corporate, community, and public events. He brings structure, professionalism, and warmth to live programmes, ensuring events flow seamlessly while allowing speakers and award recipients to shine.

Comfortable across formal ceremonies, panel discussions, Q&A sessions, and celebratory events, Tim adapts tone and style to suit each audience, drawing on his background in broadcasting, law, and live performance.

As an independent concert producer and performer, Tim has conceived, produced, and led large-scale orchestral performances across New Zealand. His work includes the creation of The Music is Bond, presented with Orchestra Wellington, Christchurch Symphony Orchestra, and Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra, where he conducts, performs, and writes original orchestrations.

His music career includes recording with the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra, releasing gold-status albums, and performing with leading orchestras nationwide. These projects reflect both artistic leadership and the ability to manage complex productions involving large teams and live audiences.
